When you schedule a grooming appointment we are holding that spot for you. If you are not able to make the appointment please contact us to cancel/reschedule. We have had a lot of no shows recently. This is not fair to customers who would like to get it and to us as this is lost time and revenue. Be Kind & Considerate.
